Able Kitesurf
Which secondhand kitesurf board should I buy?
I have been kitesurfing on & off for about 4 years, but snapped my Fanatic Spider 158 about 18 months ago and have not been out since. I am now out of touch with what is availiable.
I would class myself as an intermediate level, able to ride well with a lot of windsurf & snowboard experience, but yet to get the hang of any tricks. I always found the fanatic was a bit too long & liked to bounce out in the waves.
What would you suggest I look for now?
The trend in kiteboarding has moved to shorter, wider boards that handle the waves and chop better.
Something like the 133 Float from Best Kiteboarding could be good for you.
Beginners are using 140 Chubby boards, so you can see that shorter is the new way!

Able $29 The logo used for the Harry Potter books and movies is handlettered. It is not a font that you can buy. Since it is a logo, it is also trademark protected – which means that it cannot be used without authorization. “Able,” however, is quite close to the font used to set much of the other copy used in Harry Potter marketing and promotional material. A few letters are slightly different and the proportions are a little off but, if you are trying to replicate the look and feel of Harry Potter graphics, Able is a good font to consider. |
