Have you ever bought clothes a size too small as inspiration to lose weight?
One time I bought almost an entire new wardrobe in one size smaller than what I was wearing, I donated the rest of my clothes except for a few things, and (because I had no choice basically) I lost 10 lbs and ended up fitting into all the new clothes within a month. Has anyone else done this before and it worked? Just wondering.

Not really a full wardrobe but i have bought articles of clothes a few sizes smaller than what i wore at the time. I worked really hard to be able to fit into those new clothes. I went from a size 16 to a size 8. I don’t remember how much weight i actually lost during that goal tho. the clothes were my only inspiration/motivation really.
