Surf Swim
How to swim and not get tierd ?
I am currently in a surf life saving group and i can do everything but swim. i am 14 years old and i can swim but i get tierd after around 5-10 meters and i just give up. i really want to know how to keep swimming and not stop! i have to learn in 2 months because i offically start my SRC course.
Ps i am fit i play netball and i go gym 5 days a week.
Ugh! DON”T swim with your head out of the water. It tires you out when you have to hold your head up. Do front crawl/freestyle and breathe every second time your arm comes out of the water. I breathe every 3rd stroke but since you don’t know how to swim very well this could tire you out. So breathe every 2nd stroke. Also, go to a lane swim time at your local pool and practice swimming continuously. First 25 meters, then 50 and so on. Focus and determination will get you through it with ease.
